Victoria's first permanent public market, this year-round market focuses on local food producers, including farmers, fishers, butchers, bakers, cheese makers, preservers, brewers, vintners, florists and restaurants. A year-round open-air farmers market takes place on Wednesday on the back carriageway of the Hudson building.
