Dockside Green is a 15-acre, largely self-sufficient and sustainable waterfront community designed using holistic, closed-loop thinking and design principals. It is being built with the intention of fulfilling a three-part philosophy of environmental, social, and economic responsibility.

Creeks, waterways, and green roofs contribute to Dockside Green's onsite stormwater treatment. The development treats 100% of its sewage on-site, and treated water is re-used for flushing toilets, landscape irrigation, and water features. Dockside Green buildings use high-performance water fixtures and appliances and its potable water consumption is estimated to be 65% less than traditional developments.
